Play by the rules? Heck, most Senators (and I specifically include Lugar, based on extensive personal correspondence with same nutjob) aren't even playing with all their marbles. Judging by New Hampshire's senators Shaheen and Ayotte, relinquishing their marbles is apparently a job requirement: Live in-state? They aren't in the same spacetime continuum.
Constitutionally-speaking, she's right. Why should you expect them to start now?
Heh. This bears a passing resemblance to the whole Obama-is-really-from-Kenya bit*. People are sweating whether or not these guys pass Constitutional muster to hold offices where violating the Constitution is regular, everyday business.
