Stupid Wine Tricks

Back before I started this blog, I used to link to Derek Lowe's In The Pipeline chemistry blog fairly often. Some of it gets a little way too technical for me. But some... Look, if you even know what fluorine is, you'll love this one.

But Dr. Lowe isn't limited to entertainingly energetic exothermic reactions. He also does wine-tasting. Or, at least, he stares in disbelief as others do. You will, too.*
