You Did Notice That Wiener Didn't Act Alone?

Roberta X has some good observations regarding Congress-scum Wiener, one of them being that his cheating on his wife isn't really of much concern... except to the two of them; how a couple wants to run their marriage is up the couple.* And no one else.

Roberta points out that, aside from lying about it all and making false claims of victimhood, Wiener's wurst worst (forgive me; I couldn't resist) offense was treating his little i-harem as disposable, trivial toys. In a way, I agree with her.

But... the women are adults. They freely consented to be used that way. At least two, judging by reports, understood precisely that they were acting out with a married C-scum, occasionally on the taxpayers' dime. Those aren't victims; they're accomplices.

At this point in my life, I expect Congresscritters to be morally-challenged scumbags. So I take Wiener's crap in stride (it's the occasional Representative who displays decency that amazes me nowadays). More troubling is that the asshole could find so many women perfectly willing to play his stupid games.

But not too surprising. I've encountered plenty of women who were willing to carry on when they perceived me as a "bad boy". Until they discovered I was more interested in being a nice guy, at which point I was only good for favors, errands, or money; just a "good friend", while they looked around for another bad boy to carry one with. Which is why I'm still unmarried.

* Although, like Roberta, I'm willing to loan his wife an attitude adjuster, in case he did break their private contract. No guns, though; as a radical left-wing Clintonista socialist, I'm sure she disapproves of guns in private hands.
